Nelleke Kwakman works as a project manager at JMS Textservice and also ensures the proper handling of all financial and administrative matters. She acts as a first point of contact for clients and ensures that all the activities relating to translation, from quotation to delivery, run smoothly.
Nelleke’s favourite thing about working at JMS Textservice is that each day brings a new challenge. Nelleke does not stop working until every issue has been properly dealt with and our client has received a translation that meets their needs, all before the deadline. She also enjoys interacting with her colleagues.
