Lidy Bont is legal translator who translates documents from Dutch into English and English into Dutch at JMS Textservice. She also edits translations in both languages in various areas of law.
Lidy’s favourite thing about working at JMS Textservice is the opportunity to continue to develop in different ways. For example, she started her career at JMS translating into English, and now she also translates into Dutch. Lidy has expanded her horizons in the legal field as well, successfully completing two extensive trainings given by Chris Odijk, Legal Translation and the Intellectual Property Translation. Lidy’s view on JMS Textservice’s greatest strength: “We deliver translations that prioritise quality and accurately communicate the spirit of the original text.”
